Liquify: smear pixels with a brush

Liquify pushes a layer's pixels around with a brush, like wet paint, and the strokes stay editable.

Try this

  1. Press play. Amount fades the smear in and out.
  2. Click the Liquify photo, open Effects and click Liquify.
  3. Drag across the picture with Push.
  4. Switch to Reconstruct to paint the picture back.
