Pixel stretch: pull pixels into bands

Pixel stretch pulls one row of a picture out into a long band, like a glitch.

Try this

  1. Press play on each artboard.
  2. Click Photograph, open Effects and click Pixel stretch.
  3. Drag Seam to pick the row, and Angle to turn the pull.
  4. On the Drip artboard, drag Scatter and Vary.
