Metaball: spheres that merge

A Metaball fill draws soft 3D spheres that melt into one shape as they meet.

Try this

  1. Press play. In the big picture, the spheres melt into one body and come apart.
  2. Click it and open Metaball. Merge sets how readily they join.
  3. Drift moves each ball on its own, as in the middle row. Shading sets how lit they look.
  4. Set Modulate by to Song and each ball follows its own band.
