Offset Path: grow or shrink

Offset Path pushes an outline out or in by one distance, so thin parts thicken instead of scaling.

Try this

  1. Click a star in Demo 1, open Modifiers and click Offset Path.
  2. Drag Distance. Below zero the outline shrinks; above zero it grows.
  3. Set Corners to Miter, Round or Bevel, as in Demo 2.
