Sweep gradients: color around a point

A sweep gradient runs its colors around a point: for loaders, radars, pie charts and sunbursts.

Try this

  1. Press play. Each picture is one gradient with only Angle or Phase keyed.
  2. Click the radar, then its Fill swatch under Shape. On the Gradient tab, Sweep is selected.
  3. Drag Angle to turn the colors and Phase to slide them round.
  4. On the pie, Spread is Hold the ends, so the fill grows from empty to full.
